Cost per child to
educate = $3,973.00.
The school’s
current revenues only generate enough to cover approximately 55% of its projected budget.
Therefore, parish support is crucial to help keep cost in line without dramatic increases in tuition and fees. Your regular contributions do help defray these increases.
These rates are
for “Active and Supporting” parishioners. An “Active and Supporting”
parishioner is someone who has a parish stewardship intention card on file in the parish office along with “REGULAR”
use of the Sunday envelopes and participation in parish fundraising activities.
If you are not a
member of Holy Cross Parish, you are expected to volunteer and participate in school activities and share your time, talent
and treasure with the school/parish community.
In an effort to encourage involvement among all parents in the Holy Cross School community, parents are required to
participate in the Parent Service Program (PSP) and contribute a minimum of 40 service hours per year (single-parent families,
20 hours per year) and/or pay $4.00 per hour that is not completed. Please see
the attached information regarding the Parent Service Program.
