Thanks to the volunteers and all who shopped at our Holy Cross Book Fair this year!  It was a great success!  The profits from the fair will be used to buy new books for our school library.

Try Our New eBooks!

Holy Cross now has a bookshelf of electronic books!  Our shelf has 30 titles at this time, but we will add to it as we can.  The books may be read online now using the guest login below. Students in grades 3-8 will be getting user names and passwords in November to check books out for a period of seven days.  Parents of students in grades K -2 may request a user name and password to check out books or they may use the guest login below to read them online without checking them out.  Students in grades 3-8 will also be getting instruction during library classes on how to use the bookshelf.  Feel free to read the books online now.  If you have questions about our new eBooks, please contact Mrs. Pam Smith.

Eighth grade students learn how to use online databases in the library.  We use NebraskAccess.

The databases on this site are paid for by the state of Nebraska and all citizens of the state are welcome to use them free of charge.  To begin, click the center button, “Login.” When logging in, you may use your current Nebraska driver’s license number or you may email pjsmith@schools.archomaha.org to obtain the login that is assigned to Holy Cross School Library. The databases are easy to use, but if you have any questions, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help!
